摘　　要：高职教育作为我国教育体系的重要组成部分,肩负着培养高素质技术技能人才的重任。当前,社会对学生的就业与创业能力要求越来越高。而将思想政治教育融入高职“就业与创业指导”教学中,有利于培养学生的就业与创业技能,使学生符合社会发展需求。文章旨在探讨思想政治教育融入高职“就业与创业指导”课程的有效策略和实践,为提升高职院校毕业生的就业与创业能力提供理论支持。As an important component of China's education system,vocational colleges shoulder the responsibility of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents.Currently,society has increasingly high requirements for students'employment and entrepreneurial abilities.Integrating ideological and political education into the teaching of"employment and entrepreneurship guidance"in vocational colleges is beneficial for cultivating students'employment and entrepreneurship skills,and enabling them to meet the needs of social development.The article aims to explore effective strategies and practices for integrating ideological and political education into the"employment and entrepreneurship guidance"course in vocational colleges,providing theoretical support for enhancing the employment and entrepreneurship abilities of vocational college graduates.
