三种不同猪伪狂犬病gB抗体试剂盒检测对比分析

摘　　要：宁化县动物疫控中心为了在猪伪狂犬病监测及猪场疫病净化工作中选用合适的检测试剂盒,选取三种不同市场主流品牌猪伪狂犬病g B抗体ELISA检测试剂盒对宁化县13家生猪规模养殖场采集的血样进行抗体检测。对三种试剂盒检测猪伪狂犬病gB抗体阳性率、符合率及便捷性进行对比分析。结果显示:三个厂家试剂盒的猪伪狂犬病gB抗体总符合率分别为96.63%、98.50%、98.16%,Kappa值分别为0.917、0.932和0.928。结论:三种不同厂家猪伪狂犬病gB抗体ELISA检测试剂盒检测结果相互间的符合度极强,三种试剂盒均适用于猪伪狂犬病gB抗体的定性测定。In order to select a suitable detection kit for the Ninghua county animal disease prevention and control center in the surveillance of pseudorabies and the purification of pig farm diseases,three different mainstream brands of gB antibody ELISA kits were used to detect PR antibodies in blood samples collected from 13 pig farms in Ninghua county.The positive rate,coincidence rate and convenience of the three kits for detection of porcine pseudorabies(PRV)gB antibody were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the total coincidence rate of gB antibody was 96.63%,98.50%and 98.16%,Kappa value was 0.917,0.932 and 0.928,respectively.Conclusion:the results of three kinds of ELISA kits for the detection of porcine pseudorabies gB antibody from different manufacturers are very consistent with each other,and all three kits are suitable for the qualitative determination of porcine pseudorabies gB antibody.
