摘　　要：葡萄籽原花青素(GSP)是从葡萄籽中提取的多酚类化合物,具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗菌、抗应激、调节免疫力、调节肠道菌群等生物学功能,目前在畜禽养殖中也有一定的应用。本文通过对GSP的生物学功能及其在畜禽生产中的应用研究现状进行综述,以期为GSP在畜禽养殖中进一步研究和开发提供理论参考。Grape seed proanthocyanidins(GSP)is polyphenols extracted from grape seeds,which has the biological functions of anti-oxidation,anti-inflammation,antibacterial,anti-stress,regulating immunity,regulating intestinal flora,etc.At present,it's also used in livestock and poultry breeding.The article reviews the biological functions of GSP and its application in livestock and poultry breeding,to provide reference for its further research and application in livestock and poultry breeding.
