摘　　要：防电弧服是一种专门设计用于保护工人免受电弧闪光和相关热危害的个人防护装备(PPE)。在电力和电气行业中,电弧事故可能导致人体严重的烧伤甚至死亡。因此,防电弧服的合理设计和使用至关重要。文章详细介绍了在防电弧服的产品设计和开发过程中材料选择、结构设计及性能要求,以期为防电弧服产品的设计与开发提供借鉴,从而为行业从业者提供安全、舒适的防电弧服,使其在发生电弧事故时免受高温、火焰和灼伤的伤害。Arc protective clothing is a type of personal protective equipment(PPE)specifically designed to protect workers from the hazards of electric arc flash and associated heat.Severe burns or death in humans can be the outcome of arc accidents within the power and electrical industries.Therefore,the proper design and use of arc protective clothing is critical.The article introduces the material selection,structural design,and performance requirements during the design and development of arc protective clothing,aiming to provide a reference for relevant processes.In doing so,supply workers in the sector with arc protective clothing that ensures their safety and comfort,shielding them from elevated temperatures,flames,and burns in the event of an arc accident.
