摘　　要：文章通过分析全球最新涡流纺纱设备的技术特点,探究了涡流纺设备的最新发展情况,研究发现,涡流纺车速得到快速提升,最高可以达到600 m/min,是传统气流纺速度的4倍、环锭纺速度的30倍以上。喷气涡流纺速度提升较快,产品适应性更强,可以适应多种原料、各种特色的功能性纱线的开发需要,以喷气涡流纺企业近年来开发的五大类新型纱线为例,对其性能特点、产品用途及生产中的关键技术进行初步探析,以期为涡流纺产品开发和工艺创新研究提供实践经验和技术参考。By analyzing the technical characteristics of the latest vortex-spinning equipment,the paper explores the latest development trend in vortex-spinning equipment.It is found that the speed of vortex spinning has been rapidly increased,and can reach up to 600 m/min,which is four times the speed of conventional rotor spinning and more than 30 times the speed of ring spinning.The speed of air-jet vortex spinning is increased;the product adaptability is stronger,which can meet the development needs of functional yarns with various raw materials and characteristics.Taking five new types of functional yarns developed by air-jet vortex-spinning enterprises in recent years as examples,the performance characteristics,product uses and key technologies in production are preliminarily analyzed,to provide practical experience and technical reference for vortex-spun product development and process innovation research.
