摘　　要：文章首先分析了棉类肌理感面料的生产流程及产生线性皱条的原因,再以存在线性皱条问题的60S全棉肌理感面料为例,提出改善及消除皱条疵点、提升布面品质的方法,并通过正交试验确定了在气流缸内消除皱条并保证肌理风格效果的最佳工艺技术参数,最后针对此类肌理面料的加工提出预防线性皱条产生的控制措施及建议。This paper first analyzes the production process of textured cotton fabric and the causes of linear wrinkles,and then takes 60S cotton textured fabric with linear wrinkles as an example to put forward the method to improve and eliminate wrinkle defects and improve the fabric quality.Through an orthogonal test,the best technical parameters to eliminate wrinkles in the air cylinder and ensure the textured style were determined.In the end,the paper puts forward the control measures and suggestions for preventing linear wrinkles in the processing of this kind of textured fabric.
