摘　　要：红色文化具有育人化人的本质属性,与高校思想政治教育职能高度契合。红色文化赋能大学生思政教育需要坚持目标导向,以红色文化引领大学生坚定理想信念、树牢初心使命、树立文化自信,坚守思政教育的根本方向;需要坚持育人导向,推进马克思主义与马克思主义中国化和以爱国主义为核心的民族精神、以伟大建党精神为核心的中国共产党人精神谱系在思政教育中走深走实;需要坚持创新导向,通过“小课堂”与大思政、理论教育与实践活动、传统教学与现代技术、优质资源与身边故事相结合,推进红色文化与大学生思政教育深度融合。思政教育想要进一步取得实效,就必须不断深化与红色文化的融合发展,激发红色文化更强劲的生命力,实现以红色文化赋能思政课堂,促进高校思政教育在新时代实现高质量发展。Red culture has the essential attribute of educating people and is highly compatible with the function of ideological and political education in universities.Empowering ideological and political education for college students with red culture requires adhering to goal orientation,using red culture to guide college students to firm their ideals and beliefs,establish their original mission,establish cultural confidence,and adhere to the fundamental direction of ideological and political education;We need to adhere to the guidance of education,promote the Sinicization of Marxism and Marxism,and deepen and implement the spiritual lineage of Communist Party members with patriotism as the core and the great spirit of building the Party as the core in ideological and political education;We need to adhere to an innovation oriented approach,and promote the deep integration of red culture and ideological and political education for college students through the combination of"small classrooms"and big ideological and political education,theoretical education and practical activities,traditional teaching and modern technology,high-quality resources and stories around us.To achieve further effectiveness in ideological and political education,it is necessary to continuously deepen the integration and development with red culture,stimulate the stronger vitality of red culture,empower ideological and political classrooms with red culture,and promote high-quality development of ideological and political education in universities in the new era.
