摘 要:水土保持是生态环境保护工作的重要内容,为全面提升水利工程中水土保持信息化建设水平,提高水土保持监管的动态化、实时化、智慧化与系统化水平,使之更好地服务于各类大型工程项目,开发一套集数据分析、流程管理、数据可视化为一体的水土保持智慧管理平台。该管理平台立足于水利生产建设项目,融合了项目管理、业务流程管理、大数据管理和地理信息系统(geographic information system,GIS)可视化等技术,针对水土保持作业特点,实现工程中施工、监理、监督、监测、验收等重要流程的全方位一体化管理模式。该系统易于运行维护和应用拓展,能很好地服务于各类用户,且期望为后续应用程序升级和类似软件开发提供参考。Soil and water conservation is an important part of ecological environment protection work.In order to comprehensively enhance the information construction level of soil and water conservation in hydraulic engineering construction,improve the dynamic,real-time,intelligent and systematic supervision of soil and water conservation,and better applied various largescale engineering projects,this study aims to develop an intelligent management platform for soil and water conservation that integrates data analysis,process management,and visualization.The management platform is based on hydraulic production and construction projects,integrating project management,business flow,big data management,and GIS data visualization technologies.Targeting the characterist ics of water and soil conservat ion work,it realizes a comprehensive integrated management mode for important processes such as const ruction,supervision,monitoring,and acceptance in engineering.The system is easy to maintain and expand its application,and can serve various users well.It is expected to provide a good start for subsequent application upgrades and similar soft-ware development.
