摘　　要：河湖岸线作为自然生态空间的重要组成,不仅具有防洪、生态功能,还承载着社会和经济的多重使命。随着河长制工作的深入推进,河湖水域岸线的管理与保护尤为重要。以安徽省霍邱县城东湖为研究对象,系统梳理河湖岸线资源在保护和开发利用中面临的主要问题,并基于区域经济社会发展需求,对其岸线资源的未来利用潜力和方向进行深入探讨。进一步提出科学的岸线功能区划和针对性的管控措施,旨在实现生态安全与经济社会发展的和谐共赢。本研究不仅为霍邱县城东湖的岸线管理提供指导,也可为其他地区的河湖岸线资源科学保护和高效利用提供有益借鉴。As an important component of natural ecological space,river and lake shorelines not only have flood control and ecological functions,but also carry multiple social and economic missions.With the deepening of the river chief sy stem,the management and protection of the shoreline of rivers and lakes have become particularly important.Chengdong Lake in Huoqiu County,Anhui Province is taken as the research object,systematically sorts out the main problems faced by the protection and development of river and lake shoreline resources,and based on the needs of regional economic and social development,deeply explores the future utilization potential and direction of its shore line resources.Scientific shoreline functional zoning and targeted control measures were further proposed,aiming to achieve harmonious coexistence between ecological security and economic and social development.These research results not only provide guidance for the shoreline management of Donghu Lake in Huoqiu County,but also provide useful references for the protection and efficient utilization of river and lake shoreline resources in other regions.
