摘　　要：水利工程防汛应急抢险突发性强需快速处理,阐述水利工程防汛应急抢险项目目前常用的合同模式。结合水利工程防汛应急抢险特点,探讨紧急情况下合同模式的选取及其后续合同管理的重点,提出未来应急抢险合同管理模式优化建议。Flood control and emergency rescue engineering of water conservancy projects often need to be dealt with quickly.The research expounds the commonly contract mode for flood control and rescue engineering of water conservancy project.Combined with the characteristics of flood control and emergency rescue engineering of water conservancy projects,this research discusses the selection of contract mode in emergency situation and the focus of fol low-up cont ract management,and puts forward some suggestions on the optimization of contract management mode in the future.
