摘　　要：信息技术的迅速发展推动着图书馆知识资源建设和服务功能的深刻变革,拓展知识资源服务的范围和效能符合时代发展的潮流和图书馆提升服务质量的内在要求。知识资源服务平台建设有助于充分发挥图书馆的资源优势,有效满足用户的多元化需求,全面推进图书馆的智慧化建设。依托信息技术,从构建设计、资源建设、功能设置、运行管理等维度完善图书馆知识资源服务平台的架构与功能,是将信息数据转换成知识增值服务的有力途径,有助于实现对知识资源的深度利用。The rapid development of information technology is driving a profound transformation in the construction and service functions of library knowledge resources,expanding the scope and efficiency of knowledge resource services,which is in line with the trend of the times and the internal requirements of improving service quality in libraries.The construction of knowledge resource service platform helps to fully leverage the resource advantages of libraries,effectively meet the diverse needs of users,and comprehensively promote the intelligent construction of libraries.Relying on information technology,improving the architecture and functions of library knowledge resource service platforms from aspects such as construction design,resource construction,functionl setting,and operation management is a powerful way to convert information data into knowledge value-added services,which helps to achieve deep utilization of knowledge resources.
