摘　　要：总结1例右向左翻转式异位肺移植患者的护理经验。护理要点:严密监测频发性心律失常;制订基于心率匹配的过渡式肺康复策略;警惕肺复张不全导致二氧化碳潴留;做好无创通气联合一氧化氮吸入治疗肺动脉高压的护理;早期识别并处理胃肠道功能障碍;加强并发症的预防和管理。经过精细化护理,患者恢复良好,移植肺功能正常,顺利出院。The nursing experience of a patient with right-to-left inverted lung transplantation was summarized.The key points of nursing care:closely monitoring frequent arrhythmiac;developing excessive pulmonary rehabilitation strategies based on heart rate;being alert to carbon dioxide retention caused by pulmonary insufficiency;performing non-invasive ventilation combined with nitric oxide inhalation for pulmonary hypertension care;early identification and management of gastrointestinal dysfunction;and strengthening the prevention and management of complications.After fine care,the patient recovered well,and the transplanted lung function was normal,and he was discharged smoothly.
