东海县医院农药中毒病例流行病学分析

摘　　要：目的分析2023年3月至2023年11月东海县农药中毒病例的流行病学特点。方法收集中国疾病预防控制信息系统中2023年3月至2023年11月江苏省连云港市东海县的农药中毒病例信息,并对人群年龄分布、时间分布、农药种类分布、地域分布等信息进行描述分析。结果2023年3月至2023年11月东海县共报告农药中毒112例,死亡5例,病死率为4.46%。农药中毒以非生产性农药中毒为主,有76例(67.86%),生产性农药中毒有36例(32.12%)。非生产性农药中毒多见于25~35岁(25.00%),生产性农药中毒多见于45~55岁(30.56%)。非生产性农药中毒季节差异不明显,9~11月稍高,有28例(36.84%);生产性农药中毒以6~8月发生率最高,有19例(52.78%)。中毒农药种类中最常见的是杀虫剂,有53例,占所有病例的47.32%;其次是除草剂,有35例,占所有病例的31.25%。5例死亡病例均为杀虫剂和除草剂导致。东海县21个乡镇均有农药中毒报道,主要分布在牛山镇24例、白塔埠镇18例、黄川镇11例,占总病例数的47.32%。结论农药中毒的因素众多,但大部分可预防。应加强区域农药监管,开展健康教育和安全培训,对于重点人群还应加强心理疏导,改进防护手段。强化医院救治能力,加强农药中毒病例上报管理。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of pesticide poisoning cases in Donghai County from March 2023 to November 2023.Methods Information on pesticide poisoning cases from March 2023 to November 2023 in Donghai County,Lianyungang City,Jiangsu Province,was collected from the China Disease Prevention and Control Information System.A descriptive analysis was conducted on the age distribution,temporal distribution,types of pesticides,and regional distribution of the affected population.Results 112 pesticide poisoning cases were reported in Donghai County from March 2023 to November 2023,with 5 fatalities,resulting in a case fatality rate of 4.46%.The majority of pesticide poisoning cases were non-occupational,accounting for 76 cases(67.86%),while occupational pesticide poisoning cases numbered 36(32.12%).Non-occupational pesticide poisoning was most common among individuals aged 25-35 years(25.00%),whereas occupational pesticide poisoning was most prevalent among those aged 45-55 years(30.56%).Non-occupational poisoning did not exhibit significant seasonal variation,although it was slightly higher from September to November,with 28 cases(36.84%).Occupational poisoning had the highest incidence from June to August,with 19 cases(52.78%).Insecticides were the most common type of pesticide involved,with 53 cases(47.32%of all cases),followed by herbicides,with 35 cases(31.25%of all cases).All 5 fatalities were caused by insecticide and herbicide poisoning.Pesticide poisoning cases were reported in all 21 towns of Donghai County,with the highest numbers in Niushan Town(24 cases),Baitabu Town(18 cases),and Huangchuan Town(11 cases),accounting for 47.32%of the total cases.Conclusion Numerous factors contribute to pesticide poisoning,but most cases are preventable.Strengthening pesticide regulation in the region,conducting health education and safety training,improving protective measures,providing psychological counseling for high-risk populations,enhancing hospital treatment capacities,and improving the r
