脐针水火既济针法治疗心肾不交型失眠思路探讨

摘　　要：失眠属中医学“不寐”范畴,其主要证型为心肾不交型。脐针以《易经》理论来指导针刺治疗,具有明确疗效。水火既济是阴阳相互交合关系的统称,涵盖诸多内容。用脐针水火既济针法可使阴阳相合,心肾相交,故可将其用于心肾不交型失眠的治疗。Chinese medicine categorizes insomnia as“insomnia”,in which the heart and kidney do not communicate with each other is the main evidence type.Umbilical acupuncture is guided by the theory of“I Ching”,which has clear therapeutic effect.Harmonization of fire and water is a general term for the interaction between yin and yang,covering many aspects.The use of the umbilical needle water and fire both ji acupuncture can make the yin and yang together,the heart and kidney,so it can be used in the treatment of insomnia of the heart and kidney not intertwined type.
