摘  要:过滤是收集气溶胶颗粒的一种简单、通用的方法。纤维滤料是在低颗粒物浓度下高效收集微米、亚微米乃至纳米级颗粒最经济的过滤介质。目前,玻璃纤维滤料、聚四氟乙烯(Polytetrafluoroethylene,PTFE)覆膜滤料和驻极体滤料是应用最广泛的商用纤维滤料。不同的滤料因其过滤机制及结构差异呈现出独特的过滤特征。本文对上述3种滤料的过滤特征进行了系统研究,以期更深刻地了解滤料的过滤行为,并为滤料的选择和使用提供理论依据。Filtration is a simple and versatile means for collecting aerosol particles.At low particle concentration,fibrous filter media are the most economical filter media for collecting microns,submicron sized and even nanoscale particles with high efficiency.Currently,fiberglass filter medium,porous PTFE membrane filter medium and electret filter medium are the most widely used commercial fibrous filter media.They exhibit distinctive filtration characteristics due to the difference of filtration mechanisms and structures.In this article,the filtration characteristics of the three media were systematically studied in order to gain a deeper understanding of the filtration behavior of filter media and provide theoretical basis for the media selection and application.
