摘 要:为解决坚硬顶板条件下大倾角中厚煤层综采工作面沿空留巷顶板不易垮落、矿压显现剧烈的难题,以绿水洞煤矿3121工作面沿空留巷为工程背景,提出了“预裂爆破切顶卸压+挡矸网防冲+柔模砼墙护巷+加强支护”围岩控制技术,确定了沿空留巷围岩支护参数。现场工业性实验表明,顶板采用预裂爆破切顶卸压方式,有效形成短臂梁结构,降低巷道采动压力;采用柔性挡矸网与柔模砼墙,能有效缓解矸石冲击力,与碎胀矸石共同提供较大支撑阻力;通过巷内加强支护和滞后区临时支护减少围岩破坏、提高巷道稳定。通过该围岩控制技术,获得较好的围岩控制效果,为类似工程地质条件下沿空留巷提供科学技术指导。In order to solve the difficult problems that the roof is not easy to collapse and the mine pressure is severe under the condition of hard roof,the surrounding rock control technology of“pre-splitting blasting top relief pressure+anti-scour mesh+flexible concrete wall protection+strengthening support”is proposed based on the engineering background of the goalless retaining roadway of full-mechanized mining face with large tilt angle and thick coal seam.Field industrial experiments show that the short-arm beam structure can be formed effectively and the mining pressure of roadway can be reduced by pre-cracking blasting.The use of flexible mesh and flexible concrete wall can not only effectively alleviate the impact force of gangue,but also provide greater support resistance together with bulged gangue.By strengthening support in roadway and temporary support in lagging area,the damage of surrounding rock is reduced and the stability of roadway is improved.Through the surrounding rock control technology,better surrounding rock control effect is obtained,which provides scientific and technical guidance for retaining roadway along goaf under similar engineering geological conditions.
