摘 要:为防止隧道浅埋段软弱围岩开挖过程中发生大范围的坍塌和其他地质灾害,许多技术人员对此进行了大量的、科学的、系统性的研究。高压喷射注浆桩是处理软土地基的有效方法,不但能够对岩土体起到加固作用,而且能改善隧道浅埋软弱围岩的整体作用。文章以连霍国家高速公路兰州南绕城和平隧道出口明洞段内旋喷桩复合地基为依托工程,研究隧道浅埋段高压旋喷桩地表加固的机理,系统地通过现场试验来检测加固设计方案和施工质量。In order to prevent a wide range of collapse and other geological disasters during the excavation of weak surrounding rock in shallow buried section of tunnel,many technicians have carried out a large number of scientific and systematic studies on this.High pressure jet grouting pile is an effective method to deal with soft soil foundation,which can not only strengthen rock and soil mass,but also improve the overall effect of shallow buried soft surrounding rock.In this paper,based on the composite foundation of rotary jet pile in the open cave section at the exit of Lanzhou Nanhuan Heping Tunnel of Lian-Huo National Expressway,the mechanism of surface reinforcement of high-pressure rotary jet pile in shallow buried section of tunnel is studied,and the reinforcement design scheme and construction quality are tested systematically through field tests.
