王邦才教授基于“扶土抑木”辨治慢性萎缩性胃炎伴重度肠上皮化生临证经验

摘　　要：王邦才教授治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴重度肠上皮化生临证经验丰富,认为其病位主要在胃,却与肝密切相关,肝气偏盛、横逆侮土致胃失通降,则郁热在里,进一步导致胃热阴伤、胃络受损,继而湿热瘀毒互相胶结,推动该病进展。因此王邦才教授在治疗时常围绕土、木二脏,并提出了扶土抑木、和胃降逆以治本,清热养阴、祛瘀解毒以治标的治疗准则,同时兼顾调治Hp四联疗法不良反应,患者的症状改善明显,病理情况出现逆转。Professor Wang Bangcai has extensive clinical experience in treating chronic atrophic gastritis with severe intestinal metaplasia.He believes that while the primary location of the disease is the stomach,it is closely related to the liver.Excess liver qi transversely invades the spleen and stomach,resulting in failure of the stomach to up-bear and donw-bear qi.This can cause internal heat generation,damaging yin and stomach collateral.Then,damp heat and static toxin inter-connects,making the disease develop.Therefore,Professor WANG′s treatment often focuses on the earth and wood organs,and proposes a treatment principle of“supporting earth and suppressing wood”to address the root causes,and“clearing heat,nourishing yin,and eliminating stasis and relieving toxins”to treat the symptoms.Additionally,he also addresses the adverse reactions of Hp quadruple therapy.As a result,patients show significant symptom improvement and reversal of pathological conditions.
