党建教育融入思想政治理论课的主体联动困境及其突破

摘　　要：“党建教育”一般是围绕党的生活展开的教育活动,与之相比,思想政治理论课的教育者团队更为复杂,受教育者规模更为庞大,教育环境也更为包容,教育内容更为广泛。教师肩负着课程知识传授者与党的组织精神传递者的身份,学生也承担着思想知识的接收者和道德意识的传承者的身份,这提供了同属于思想政治教育这个大领域的党建教育的政治价值观氛围与思想政治理论课的知识范围的耦合可能。出于对党建教育与思想政治理论课在领域方面的联动考虑,健全党委责任制下教师团队的集体共识并以之为规范化主张的基点,促进学生在思想政治理论课中形成其学生身份与党组织成员身份的沟通渠道,思想政治理论课领域与党建教育领域的平衡能力是对党建教育在现代社会之中与思想政治理论课进一步联动的可能方向。“Party construction education”is generally an educational activity centered around the Party's life.In comparison,the educator team of ideological and political theory courses is more complex,the number of learners is larger,the educational environment is more inclusive,and the educational content is more extensive.Teachers bear the identity of both knowledge instructors of the curriculum and transmitters of the Party's organizational spirit,while students take on the roles of recipients of ideological knowledge and inheritors of moral consciousness.This provides the possibility of coupling the political values atmosphere of Party construction education,which belongs to the same large field of ideological and political education,with the knowledge scope of ideological and political theory courses.Considering the linkage between Party construction and ideological and political theory courses in terms of domains,it is important to strengthen the collective consensus of the teacher team under the Party committee responsibility system and use it as the basis for normative advocacy.This will facilitate the communication channels for students to form their student identity and Party member identity in ideological and political theory courses.The ability to balance the field of ideological and political theory courses and the field of party building education is a possible direction for further linkage between Party constructioneducation and ideological and political theory courses in modern society.
