摘　　要：13世纪末14世纪初,佛罗伦萨商业银行公司建立了以那不勒斯粮食贸易和英国羊毛贸易,以及佛罗伦萨毛纺织业等为核心的三角平衡贸易。14世纪,欧洲进入饱和经济时期,佛罗伦萨商人银行家开辟了以王室贷款换取贸易特权的商业道路。1340年代的经济与政治危机终结了佛罗伦萨商人银行家与欧洲王室的蜜月期,从整体上破坏了其国际贸易网络,导致佛罗伦萨在1340年代的金融危机。危机过后,教廷金融成为佛罗伦萨商人银行家的经营重心,沉迷于商业领域的意大利银行没有走向现代化的迹象。In the late 13th and early 14th centuries,Florentine Commercial Bank companies established a triangular balance trade,centered around Naples grain trade,British wool trade and Florence wool textile industry.In the 14th century,Europe entered a period of saturated economy,and Florentine merchant-bankers opened up a commercial path of exchanging royal loans for trade privileges.The economic and political crisis of the 1340s ended the honeymoon period between Florentine merchant-bankers and European royalties,and overall disrupted its international trade network,leading to the financial crisis of Florence in the 1340s.After the crisis,Vatican finance became the focus of business for Florentine merchant-bankers,and Italian banks,which were obsessed with the commercial field,showed no signs of modernization.
