摘  要:目的:针对胶磷矿浮选尾矿因排放量大、粒度细、烧失高等限制其难以有效利用的关键难题,本研究开展了磷尾矿焙烧活化、化学改性制备镁基胶凝材料的试验研究。方法:采用控制变量法研究了磷尾矿的焙烧温度、MgCl_(2)添加量和水灰比等条件对胶凝材料力学性能和微观结构的影响。结果:在焙烧温度为800℃、焙烧时间为2 h、MgCl_(2)用量为8%、水灰比为0.1时,胶凝材料试块的7 d抗压强度可达45.21 MPa,具有良好的力学性能;主要水化产物为518相和318相,为胶凝材料强度的提升起到了积极作用,促进了胶凝材料强度的提升。结论:该研究充分利用了磷尾矿镁含量高的天然禀赋特征制备出了性能优异的胶凝材料,为磷尾矿的高值化利用提供了一条新的思路。Purpose:In order to solve the key problem that the flotation tailings of collophanite are difficult to effectively utilize because of large discharge,fine particle size,and high loss on ignition,this study carried out an experimental study on the preparation of magnesium-based cementitious materials by roasting activation and chemical modification of phosphorus tailings.Method:The effects of the roasting temperature of phosphorus tailings,MgCl_(2)content,and water-cement ratio on the mechanical properties and microstructure of cementitious materials were studied by the method of controlled variables.Results:When the calcination temperature is 800℃,the calcination time is 2 h,the dosage of MgCl_(2)is 8%,and the water-cement ratio is 0.1,the 7-day compressive strength of cementitious materials can reach 45.21 MPa,which has good mechanical properties.The main hydration products are phase 518 and phase 318,which play a positive role in improving the strength of cementitious materials and promoting the strength of cementitious materials.Conclusion:This study makes full use of the natural endowment characteristics of high magnesium content in phosphorus tailings to prepare cementitious materials with excellent properties,which provides a new idea for the high-value utilization of phosphorus tailings.
