摘 要:目的:本文旨在探讨铁矿资源高效开采的新手段,重点研究双中段并采方式在提高开采效率和资源回收率方面的效果,并通过具体案例分析其开采过程中的安全稳定性问题。方法:以安徽某铁矿为研究对象,创新性地提出双中段开采方式。利用FLAC3D数值模拟软件,构建了尺寸为50 m×15 m×120 m(长×宽×高)的典型采场数值模型,模拟双中段并采的开采过程。结果:双中段采场开挖后,采场空区底部和左右两侧围岩的应力集中程度显著增加。采空区顶板发生了显著位移,最大位移量达到1.2 m;侧帮最大位移为0.8 m。进一步分析表明,空区围岩的潜在破坏模式主要为剪切塑性破坏。结论:双中段并采方式在提高铁矿开采效率和资源回收率方面具有显著优势。虽然开采过程中会引起围岩应力和位移的变化,尽管存在局部应力集中和位移变形,但通过合理的工程设计和支护措施,可以确保采场整体的安全稳定性。意义:双中段开采技术为类似矿山的开采提供了可行的参考方案,并为铁矿开采技术的创新与发展开辟了新的思路和方法。Purpose:This paper aims to explore a new method for efficient mining of iron ore resources,focusing on the effect of the double sublevels parallel mining method in improving mining efficiency and resource recovery rate,and analyze the safety and stability in the mining process through specific cases.Method:Taking an iron ore mine in Anhui province as the research object,the paper innovatively put forward the double sublevels parallel mining method.By using FLAC3D numerical simulation software,a typical stope numerical model with a size of 50 m×15 m×120 m(length,width and height)is constructed to simulate the mining process of double sublevels parallel mining.Result:The stress concentration at the bottom of the goaf and host rock on both sides of the stope increased significantly after the excavation of the double-sublevel stope.The goaf roof has significant displacement,with the maximum displacement reaching 1.2 m.The maximum displacement of the side is 0.8 m.Further analysis shows that the potential failure mode of host rock is mainly shear plastic failure.Conclusion:The double sublevel parallels mining method has significant advantages in improving the efficiency and resource recovery of iron ore mining.Although the change of host rock stress and displacement will be caused in the mining process,stress concentration and displacement deformation,reasonable engineering design and supporting measures can ensure the safety and stability of the stope.Significance:The double sublevels mining technology provides a feasible reference scheme for the mining of similar mines,and opens up new ideas and methods for the innovation and development of iron mining technology.
