摘 要:目的分析深圳市饮用水中三嗪类农药分布特征,并评估其对人群的潜在健康风险。方法采用固相萃取-气相色谱质谱联用技术,定量分析深圳市饮用水中13种三嗪类农药的污染水平及其分布特征;采用美国环境保护局(US EPA)健康风险评估参数致癌风险(CR)和非致癌风险(HI)评估三嗪类农药的健康风险。结果饮用水中13种农药的浓度范围为6.9~157.0 ng/L,浓度均值为(87.2±43.3)ng/L,阿特拉津以及扑灭通为深圳饮用水中主要的三嗪类农药组分。时间分布上9月农药浓度总量(93.1 ng/L)略高于4月份浓度(81.2 ng/L),4月份饮用水中主要的农药成分是扑灭通(46.3 ng/L),9月份饮用水中阿特拉津为主要的农药成分(64.0 ng/L)。健康风险结果显示CR和HI值未超过不良反应阈值,其中致癌风险和非致癌风险值最高的是阿特拉津,均值分别为3.2×10^(-7)、4.6×10^(-4)。结论深圳市饮用水中三嗪类农药的致癌风险和非致癌风险较低。Objective To examine the distribution pattern and potential health risks of triazine pesticide residues in the drinking water in Shenzhen city,China.Methods The contamination and distribution of 13 triazine pesticides in the drinking water of Shenzhen city were investigated by solid-phase extraction in tandem with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,and the health risks of these pesticides were evaluated using the carcinogenic risk(CR)and non-carcinogenic hazard index(HI)of US EPA.Results The concentrations of the 13 pesticides in drinking water ranged from 6.9 to 157.0 ng/L,with an average concentration of 87.2±43.3 ng/L.Atrazine and propoxur were the main triazine pesticides in the drinking water of Shenzhen city.Total pesticide concentration was slightly higher in September(93.1 ng/L)than in April(81.2 ng/L).The primary pesticide in drinking water was propoxur(46.3 ng/L)in April,and atrazine(64.0 ng/L)in September.Health risk assessment results showed that the CR and HI values did not exceed the adverse reaction cutoffs.Atrazine had the highest average CR(3.2×10^(-7))and HI(4.6×10^(-4)).Conclusion Triazine pesticides in the drinking water of Shenzhen did not pose significant carcinogenic and non-carcinogenic risks.
