摘 要:肺癌是世界范围内最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,早期的诊断对患者的治疗和预后至关重要。近年来,代谢组学中尿液挥发性有机物作为肺癌的潜在诊断标志物备受关注。该综述旨在总结近年来采用质谱技术检测的尿中挥发性有机物作为肺癌诊断标志物的研究进展,并探讨其潜在应用前景。Lung cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the world,and early diagnosis is crucial to the treatment and prognosis of patients.In recent years,researchers in metabolomigcs have increasingly focused on volatile organic compounds in urine as potential diagnostic markers for lung cancer.The purpose of this review is to summarize the research progress of detecting volatile organic compounds in urine as a diagnostic marker for lung cancer in recent years,and to explore its potential application prospects.
