摘 要:本文对平江河流域水环境现状进行了详细调查与分析,明确了流域水环境质量超标的主要因素为农田退水、渔业养殖废水造成的面源污染以及沿河居民生活污水无序排放形成的点源污染。在参考同类水体治理经验的基础上,结合平江河实际情况,综合考虑治理效果、工程投资、后期维护等诸多因素,提出了人工湿地系统+生态沟渠+生态驳岸的综合治理方案。以改善平江河流域水生态环境,提升生物多样性指数,实现“有河有水,有鱼有草,人水和谐”的生态目标。This paper conducts a detailed investigation and analysis of the current water environment status in the Pingjiang River Basin,identifying the main factors contributing to water quality exceeding standards,including non-point source pollution caused by agricultural runoff and fishery wastewater,and point source pollution from the unregulated discharge of domestic sewage from residents along the river.Based on the experiences of similar water body management and the actual situation of the Pingjiang River,considering factors such as treatment effectiveness,project investment,and post-maintenance,a comprehensive management plan combining artificial wetland systems,ecological ditches,and ecological revetments is proposed.The aim is to improve the water ecological environment of the Pingjiang River Basin,enhance biodiversity,and achieve the ecological goal of"rivers with water,fish,and grass,and harmonious human-water relationships."
