摘 要:试验旨在研究胚蛋注射硒代葡萄糖(SeGlu)对雏鸡肠道硒含量和抗氧化能力的影响。选取蛋重相似的海兰白种蛋480个,随机分为3组,每组8个重复,每个重复20个种蛋。在孵化的第17.5天,对照组注射0.75%生理盐水,试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组分别注射含有15µg硒的硒代蛋氨酸(SeMet)和硒代葡萄糖。结果显示:与对照组相比,胚蛋注射硒代葡萄糖与硒代蛋氨酸显著提高雏鸡空肠和回肠的硒含量(P<0.05),且有提高雏鸡孵化重的趋势(P=0.066)。与对照组相比,胚蛋注射硒代蛋氨酸和硒代葡萄糖显著提高雏鸡空肠谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)的活性,显著提高雏鸡空肠对超氧阴离子自由基(O_(2)·^(-))和羟基自由基(OH·^(-))的清除能力(P<0.05)。此外,与对照组和试验Ⅰ组相比,胚蛋注射硒代葡萄糖显著提高雏鸡回肠谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和超氧化物歧化酶活性(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,胚蛋注射硒代蛋氨酸和硒代葡萄糖显著降低空肠核因子E2相关因子2(Nrf2)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)基因的mRNA表达水平(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ组雏鸡空肠中氧化氢酶(CAT)基因mRNA表达水平显著下降(P<0.05)。综上所述,胚蛋注射硒代葡萄糖可显著促进雏鸡肠道中硒的沉积,显著提高雏鸡肠道的抗氧化能力,并显著降低雏鸡肠道炎症因子的mRNA表达水平。This study was aimed to investigate the effects of in ovo feeding(IOF)of selenized glucose(SeGlu)on selenium(Se)level and antioxidant ability of intestinal tract in newborn broilers.A total of 480 eggs from Hy-Line White chickens were randomly divided into three groups with eight replicates per group and 20 eggs per replicate.On the 17.5th day of incubation,eggs in a control treatment were injected with 0.1 mL of 0.75%saline,while the experimentalⅠgroups and experimentalⅡgroups were injected with selenomethionine(SeMet)and SeGlu containing 15µg Se,respectively.The results showed that IOF of both SeGlu and SeMet increased the Se level in jejunum and ileum of chicks in comparison to the control group(P<0.05).In ovo injection of selenized glucose and SeMet resulted in a tendency to increase the hatching weight of chickens(P=0.066).Compared with the control group,the activities of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and superoxide dismutase(SOD),as well as the scaveng-ing ability of superoxide radicals(O_(2)·^(-))and hydroxyl radical(OH·^(-))were significantly increased in the experimentalⅠgroups and experimentalⅡgroups(P<0.05).In addition,in ovo feeding of selenized glucose significantly increased the activities of glutathi-one peroxidase and superoxide dismutase in the ileum of chicks compared with the control and experimentalⅠgroups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,IOF of selenomethionine and selenized glucose significantly reduced the mRNA expression lev-els of nuclearfactor erythroidderived 2-like 2(Nrf2)and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)in jejunum(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the mRNA ex-pression level of catalase(CAT)gene in the jejunum of chicks in the experimentalⅡgroups was significantly decreased in com-parison to the control group(P<0.05).Therefore,in ovo feeding of selenized glucose could significantly increase the Se level,im-prove the antioxidant capacity,and significantly reduce the mRNA expression of inflammatory factors in intestinal tract of chicks.
