摘 要:试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同水平发酵益母草对产蛋高峰期蛋鸡生产性能、蛋壳品质和抗氧化能力的影响。试验将1260只健康状况良好、体重和产蛋率相近的38周龄海兰粉蛋鸡,随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复70只鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加2%、3%发酵益母草,预试期1周,正试期4周。结果显示:与对照组相比,发酵益母草能显著提高海兰粉蛋鸡产蛋率(P<0.05);试验组蛋壳强度、蛋壳厚度显著提高(P<0.05),破蛋率显著下降(P<0.05),3%发酵益母草组蛋壳色度显著提高(P<0.05);试验组肝脏的总超氧化物歧化酶显著提高(P<0.05),3%发酵益母草组的肝脏总抗氧化能力活性显著提高(P<0.05);试验组蛋鸡钙沉积相关基因十二指肠Na^(+)/Ca^(2+)交换蛋白(NCX)、肝脏钙离子结合蛋白(CaBP-D28)k、子宫钙泵(PMCA)、碳酸酐酶(CA2)、骨桥蛋白(OPN)的mRNA相对表达量显著上调(P<0.05),3%发酵益母草组钙沉积相关基因十二指肠维生素D受体(VDR)、肝脏OPN、子宫CaBP-D28k mRNA相对表达量显著上调(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮添加发酵益母草能提高蛋鸡的产蛋性能,增强抗氧化能力,增加钙沉积相关基因的表达,从而改善鸡蛋蛋壳品质,其中3%发酵益母草组的综合效果最好。This experiment was aimed to investigate the effects of fermented motherwort on production performance,eggshell quality and antioxidant capacity of laying hens during peak period.A total of 126034-week-age healthy Hy-Line Pink laying hens with similar body weight and egg laying rate were randomly divided into three groups with six replicates per group and seven-ty hens per replicate.Hens in the control group were fed basal diet,and the experimental groups were fed basal diet supplemented with 2%,3%fermented motherwort,respectively.The pre-experimental period was 1 week,and the experimental period was 4 weeks.The results showed that:Compared with the control group,fermented motherwort could significantly improve the egg laying rate(P<0.05);The eggshell strength and eggshell thickness were significantly increased and the broken egg rate was significantly reduced in the experimental group(P<0.05);The eggshell chroma were significantly increased in the 3%fermented motherwort group(P<0.05);The liver total superoxide gidase activity was significantly increased in the experimental group(P<0.05);The liv-er total antioxidant capacity activity was significantly increased in the 3%fermented motherwort group(P<0.05);The relative mRNA expressions of calcium-related genes of Na^(+)/Ca^(2+)exchanger inhibitor(NCX)in duodenal tissue,calcium-binding protein(CaBP-D28k)in liver,calcium pump(PMCA),carbonic anhydrase(CA2),osteopontin(OPN)in uterus were significantly increased in the experimental group(P<0.05).The mRNA expressions of vitamin D receptor(VDR)in duodenal tissue,OPN in liver,CaBP-D28k in uterus were significantly increased in the 3%fermented motherwort group(P<0.05).The results suggested that the addition of fermented motherwort could improve the laying performance,enhance antioxidant capacity,and increase the expression of cal-cium deposition-related genes,thereby improve the eggshell quality of eggs,and the 3%fermented motherwort group had the best comprehensive effect.
