摘  要:研究旨在探讨复合酸化剂对肉鸭生长性能、屠宰性能及肠道发育的影响。试验选取1日龄三水白鸭公鸭240只,随机分为对照组和复合酸化剂组,每组6个重复,每个重复20只,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组饲喂添加0.15%复合酸化剂的基础日粮。试验期42 d,分为1~14日龄和15~42日龄两个阶段。结果显示:复合酸化剂组的42日龄体重、15~42日龄及1~42日龄肉鸭平均日增重均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),1~14日龄和1~42日龄肉鸭料重比显著低于对照组(P<0.05);复合酸化剂组肉鸭全净膛率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),腹脂率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);复合酸化剂组肉鸭空肠和直肠校正长度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。由此可知,饲粮添加0.15%复合酸化剂能显著提高肉鸭育成体重,降低料重比,提高全净膛率,并促进肠道和免疫器官发育。This study aimed to investigate the effects of compound acidifier on growth performance,slaughter performance and intestinal development of meat ducks.A total of 2401-day-age male Sanshui white ducks were randomly divided into the control group and experimental group according to body weight with 6 replicates per group and 20 ducks per replicate.The experiment lasted for 42 days,which was divided into two stages,which was 1 to 14 days of age and 15 to 42 days of age.The control group were fed basal diet,while the experimental group were fed the basal diet supplemented with 1500 mg/kg compound acidifier.The results showed that the body weight at 42 day of age,the average daily weight gain from 15 to 42 days of age and from 1 to 42 days of age of ducks in the compound acidifier group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The feed intake/weight gain from 1 to 14 days and from 1 to 42 days of ducks in the compound acidifier group was significantly lower than that in the con-trol group(P<0.05).The percentage of eviscerated yield of ducks in the compound acidifier group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the percentage of abdominal fat yield was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The corrected length of jejunum and rectum of ducks in the compound acidifier group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).It was suggested that dietary 0.15%compound acidifier could significantly increase the body weight,decrease the feed intake/weight gain,increase the percentage of eviscerated yield and promote the development of intesti-nal and immune organs.
