摘 要:球虫感染通过影响肠道持续危害家禽业健康发展。植物提取物具有来源天然,能从不同通路调控肠道健康及功能等特点,使其在防控家禽球虫病中具有重大应用价值。文章综述并重点分析了多酚、精油、生物碱、多糖和部分粗提物等植物提取物对球虫感染前后家禽肠道机械与化学屏障、微生物屏障和免疫屏障等的作用,及其在控制或减轻球虫感染引起的临床症状和生长性能抑制等方面的应用,为家禽球虫病防控中更好地应用植物提取物提供理论基础及进一步研究方向。Avian coccidiosis infection continues to pose a continuous threat to the healthy development of the poultry in⁃dustry by affecting the intestinal tract.Plant extracts,characterized by their natural origin and ability to regulate intestinal health and function through various pathways,have significant application value in prevention and control of avian coccidiosis.This arti⁃cle reviewed and focused on the roles of various plant extracts such as polyphenols,essential oils,alkaloids,polysaccharides,and crude extracts in the mechanical and chemical barrier,microbial barriers,and immune barriers of poultry intestines before and af⁃ter coccidiosis infection,as well as their applications in controlling or alleviating clinical lesions and growth performance caused by coccidiosis infection,which would provide a theoretical basis and further research direction for the better utilization of plant ex⁃tracts in prevention and control of avian coccidiosis.
