摘 要:开发高效催化材料降解硝基有机污染物,对于推动绿色化学和化工的发展具有重要的意义。为此,研究了水浴法合成的钴铜层状双金属氢氧化物(CuCo-LDHs)将对硝基苯酚(4-NP)催化还原为对氨基苯酚(4-AP)的反应过程;通过X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、电感耦合等离子体光谱仪(ICP),对材料的晶体结构、表面形貌等进行了表征;同时系统性研究了催化剂用量,4-NP的初始浓度、反应温度及硼氢化钠(NaBH4)浓度对CuCo-LDHs催化还原性能的影响。研究结果表明:CuCo-LDHs在催化还原4-NP的反应中表现出较高的催化活性,且反应条件温和,产物无污染。在室温及反应时间为3 min条件下,10 mg CuCo-LDHs可将100 mL 0.10 mmol/L的4-NP有效还原,转化率可达到95%。最后对CuCo-LDHs催化还原4-NP生成4-AP的反应机理进行了分析讨论。The development of efficient catalytic materials for the degradation of nitro-containing organic pollutants is of key significance for promoting the development of green chemistry and chemical industry.Cobalt-copper layered bimetallic hydroxides(CuCo-LDHs)were synthesized by water bath for 4-NP catalytic reduction of 4-AP.XRD,FT-IR,SEM,and ICP were used to characterize the crystal structure and surface morphology of the materials.At the same time,the effects of catalyst usage,initial concentration,temperature and sodium borohydride(NaBH4)concentration on the catalytic reduction performance of CuCo-LDHs were systematically studied.The results showed that CuCo-LDHs showed high catalytic activity in the reaction of 4-NP catalytic reduction,and its reaction conditions were mild and the products were non-polluting.10 mg CuCo-LDHs can effectively reduce 100 mmol/L of 0.10 mmol/L 4-NP at 3 mins at room temperature,with a conversion rate of 95%.Finally,the reaction mechanism of CuCo-LDHs catalytic reduction of 4-NP to 4-AP was analyzed and discussed.
