摘 要:优化充填管网的布置和选型不仅能够延长管道使用寿命,还可以节约施工成本。以谦比希铜矿东南矿体900 mL充填为案例,以室内实验和阻力模型为基础,研究了3种充填管网布置方案的施工难度、压力分布及满管率。结果表明,充填管道内径从175 mm更换为152 mm后,3种方案管道最大压力分别从2.70,2.40,3.66 MPa提高至4.42,3.97,5.80 MPa,在管道承压范围内增大了沿程阻力;缩小管径使一级钻孔满管率从8%,7%,16%提高至24%,19%,37%,二级钻孔满管率均为100%,降低了一级钻孔和二级钻孔的磨损风险。从生产安全、施工成本、安装效率、管道磨损等方面综合分析后认为,利用了斜坡道960 mL风井的方案三为最优方案。本研究可为深井管网优化提供工程借鉴。Optimizing the arrangement and selection of the filling pipe network not only extends the service life of the pipe,but also saves construction costs.This paper takes the 900 mL filling of southeast ore body of Chambishi Copper Mine as an engineering case to investigate the solutions to study the construction difficulty,pressure distribution and full pipe rate of three filling pipe network arrangement schemes,based on indoor experiments and resistance models.The research shows that after the inner diameter of the filling pipeline is changed from 175 mm to 152 mm,the maximum pipeline pressure of the three schemes is increased from 2.70 MPa,2.40 MPa and 3.66 MP to 4.42 MPa,3.97 MPa and 5.80 MPa respectively,which increases resistance along the pipeline within the pressure range of the pipeline.Reducing the pipe diameter increases the full pipe rate of the first hole from 8%,7%,16%to 24%,19%,37%,and the full pipe rate of the second hole is 100%,reducing the wear risk of the first hole and the second hole.From the comprehensive consideration of production safety,construction cost,installation efficiency,and pipe wear,the third option using the ramp 960 mL air shaft is the best option.This study can provide a good engineering reference for the optimization of deep pipeline network.
