摘 要:针对湿法炼锌酸性浸出液中铜的选择性分离困难、有机物污染严重等问题,深入研究了D711离子交换树脂静态吸附溶液中Cu^(2+)的分离行为机制及机理。研究结果表明:在料液Cu^(2+)质量浓度为6 g/L、H_(2)SO_(4)初始摩尔浓度为0.01 mol/L、停留时间为120 min、搅拌转速为350 r/min的条件下,用3 g预处理树脂处理50 mL料液时,其对Cu^(2+)的吸附率可达95%左右,D711树脂对Cu^(2+)的吸附量约为34 mg/g;以40%H_(2)SO_(4)溶液为解吸液,在室温、解吸液搅拌转速为350 r/min的条件下,Cu^(2+)的解吸率可达98%左右;D711树脂吸附Cu^(2+)的机理是树脂中的官能团RN-(CH_(2)COOH)_(2)与料液中的Cu^(2+)发生螯合反应,生成负载物RN-(CH_(2)COOH)_(2)▪Cu^(2+)存于树脂中,而树脂中的H+则被置换进入吸附后液。In view of the difficulty of selective separation of copper from the acidic leaching solution of zinc hydrometallurgy and the se⁃rious pollution of organic matter,the separation behavior and mechanism of D711 ion exchange resin static adsorption of Cu2+from the solution were studied in this paper.The results showed that when the mass concentration of Cu2+was 6 g/L,the initial molar concentra⁃tion of H2SO4 was 0.01 mol/L,the residence time was 120 min,and the stirring speed was 350 r/min,the adsorption rate of Cu^(2+)was about 95% and the adsorption capacity of D711 resin was about 34 mg/g;Using 40% H_(2)SO_(4) solution as desorption solution,the desorp⁃tion rate of Cu^(2+)can reach about 98% under the conditions of room temperature and 350 r/min stirring speed of desorption solution;The mechanism of Cu^(2+)adsorption by D711 resin is that the functional group RN-(CH_(2)COOH)_(2)in the resin reacts with Cu^(2+)in the feed solu⁃tion to form the support RN-(CH_(2)COOH)_(2)▪Cu^(2+)is stored in the resin,while H+in the resin is replaced into the adsorbed solution.
