摘 要:某铜矿利用尾砂回填露天坑,以实现采坑治理和尾矿处置。为了提供露天坑治理方案中充填体配比的依据,通过对充填材料进行研究,得到了该矿全尾砂的粒径分布特征、化学成分及矿物组成,以及两种胶凝材料的胶砂强度;再通过充填料浆配比实验研究,得到两种胶凝材料充填体强度、泌水沉缩特性,以及流动性随灰砂比、养护龄期、料浆浓度的变化规律;分析了90 d龄期充填体强度产生倒缩的原因。虽然水泥的胶砂强度优于胶固粉,但除泌水沉缩特性方面水泥优于胶固粉外,在充填体强度、充填料浆流动性、生产成本方面,胶固粉性能均优于水泥,说明胶固粉更适宜作为该矿充填料浆的胶凝材料。通过现场工业试验验证了灰砂比为1∶4和1∶10,浓度为68%和70%配比的充填料浆应用于露天坑封底工程的可行性,在满足强度的基础上为后续工程适当降低灰砂比提供了依据,也为同类型露天坑回填提供了参考。Against the background of using tailings to backfill open-pit and achieve the target of open-pit treatment and tailings disposal in a certain copper mine,to provide basis and reference of selecting the filling material ratio for the open-pit treatment project,this article obtained the particle size distribution characteristics,chemical composition of the tailings of the mine and mineral composition and the strength of the two types of cementitious materials through the study of filling materials.Through experimental research on the filling ratio,the variation of strength,bleeding and settling characteristics,and flowability of two types of cementitious materials with cement-sand ratio,curing age,and slurry concentration were got.The reasons for the reverse shrinkage of strength of the filling body with a curing age of 90 d were analyzed.Although the strength of cement was better than that of cementitious powder,in addition to the terms of bleeding and settling characteristics,cement was better than cementitious powder,in terms of strength,flowability,and cost,the performance of cementitious powder was superior to that of cement indicating that cementitious powder was more suitable as a cementitious material for the filling slurry of the mine.Through on-site industrial experiments,the feasibility of using filling slurry with cement-sand ratio of 1∶4 and 1∶10,and concentration of 68% and 70%for open-pit bottom sealing engineering were verified that provided direction for appropriately reducing cement-sand ratio while meeting the strength requirements in the future and also provided reference for backfilling in other similar areas.
