摘　　要：基于包装秤和带式输送机设计了一种污泥装袋整形系统,主要用于污泥分层高压压滤。试验表明,该系统可以精准地控制污泥的装泥量,袋子尺寸不超过120cm×150cm,通过挤压将污泥挤压成2~5cm的泥饼,并将泥饼自动分层放置。该设备可有效提升装袋效率、降低劳动强度,并且泥饼厚度均匀,对压滤效果有重要的促进作用。A sludge bagging and shaping system based on packaging scale and belt conveyor was designed,which is mainly used for sludge layering high-pressure filtration.The test shows that the system can accurately control the sludge loading amount,the bag size is no more than 120cm×150cm,and the sludge is extruded into 2~5cm mud cake by extrusion,and the mud cake is automatically placed in layers.The equipment can effectively improve the bagging efficiency,reduce the labor intensity,and the thickness of the mud cake is uniform,which has an important role in promoting the filter effect.
