摘 要:高压管道在运行中易出现刺漏、断裂等问题,对安全运营构成重大威胁,因此开发高效的失效检测方法具有重要意义。首先构建高压管道失效检测系统,并构建失效检测模型,对惩罚参数和核函数参数进行优化,再将算法进行组合。研究结果表明,研究方法的检测敏感度和检测精度最高分别为98.1%、99.8%,检测时间最长为4.8min,优于其他先进算法。仿真结果表明,研究方法的检测准确率为98.2%。说明将研究方法应用到高压管道刺漏、断裂等失效检测中,不仅提高了检测的准确性和效率,而且为高压管道的安全监控提供了一种新的有效方法。High pressure pipelines are prone to problems such as punctures,leaks,and fractures during operation,which pose a major threat to safe operation,so it is of great significance to develop efficient failure detection methods.Firstly,the failure detection system of high pressure pipeline is constructed,and the failure detection model is constructed,the penalty parameters and kernel function parameters are optimized,and then the algorithm is combined.The results show that the detection sensitivity and accuracy of the proposed method are 98.1%and 99.8%respectively,and the detection time is up to 4.8min,which is superior to other advanced algorithms.Simulation results show that the detection accuracy of the proposed method is 98.2%.The application of the research method to the failure detection of high pressure pipeline,such as leakage and fracture,not only improves the accuracy and efficiency of the detection,but also provides a new effective method for the safety monitoring of high pressure pipeline.
