摘 要:钙钛矿太阳能电池因卓越的光电转换效率和成本效益,成为可再生能源领域的研究热点。基于此,文章深入探讨了钙钛矿太阳能电池的基本原理、光伏特性及其稳定性问题。通过综合应用实验数据和技术算法,不仅揭示了光伏特性对电池性能的影响,还量化分析了稳定性提升策略,特别是通过提升激活能以降低性能衰减速率,从而显著提高电池的长期稳定性,旨在为钙钛矿太阳能电池的性能优化及其商业化应用提供理论支撑和指导。Perovskite solar cells,with their excellent photovoltaic conversion efficiency and cost-effectiveness,have become a research hotspot in the field of renewable energy.Based on this,the article delves into the fundamental principles,photovoltaic characteristics,and stability issues of perovskite solar cells.By integrating experimental data and technical algorithms,the article not only reveals the impact of photovoltaic properties on cell performance but also quantitatively analyzes strategies to enhance stability,particularly through increasing the activation energy to reduce the rate of performance degradation,thereby significantly improving the long-term stability of the cells.The article aims to provide theoretical support and guidance for the performance optimization and commercial application of perovskite solar cells.
