摘  要:2023年7月29日—8月1日受台风“杜苏芮”影响,斋堂水库流域遭遇历史罕见的特大暴雨,持续的强降雨过程,使斋堂水库发生了1974年建库以来的最大洪水。在此次洪水过程中,先后发生了断网、断电、前哨水文站失联等突发情况,为了保证下游人民生命财产安全,斋堂水库科学调度、拦洪错峰、果断处置突发情况,充分发挥了防洪效益。文章通过对此次暴雨洪水的分析,为今后斋堂水库防洪减灾工作提供了重要的参考依据。From July 29 to August 1,2023,due to the influence of tropical storm“Doksuri”,Zhaitang Reservoir basin suffered a rare heavy rain in history.The continuous heavy rainfall process caused the biggest flood since the establishment of Zhaitang Reservoir in 1974.In the course of the flood,the network has been disconnected,power outage,the loss of contact with the outpost hydrologic station and other emergencies,in order to ensure the safety of downstream people’s lives and property,Zhaitang Reservoir scientific dispatch,flood blocking peak,decisive disposal of emergencies,and give full play to the flood control benefits.This paper provides an important reference for the flood control and disaster reduction work of Zhaitang Reservoir in the future through the analysis of the rainstorm flood.
