摘  要:由于开普封层具有突出的优点,在我国公路建设和养护中的应用已经不少,但也存在一些不足,限制了其在高等级公路特别是高速公路上的应用,只有扬长补短才能更好地服务工程实践。通过对比研究,针对开普封层的抗裂性能不突出、行车噪声较大和施工严重依赖高温晴好天气,分别采用沥青纤维封层提高抗裂性能、使用废胎胶粉微表处减小行车噪声,以及采用真空吸水技术降低施工对高温晴好天气的依赖程度。这些技术能够补齐开普封层的短板,使路用性能得到全面提高,成为一种理想的表面处治结构层,使其应用越来越多,越来越广。纤维用量宜为80~160g/m2;油石比不宜小于8.5%;废胎胶粉沥青比适宜用量为10%~25%。Because the cape seal has outstanding advantages,there are many applications in my country’s highway construction and maintenance,but there are also some shortcomings,which limits its applications on high-level highways,especially highways.Only by replenishing the strengths can we better serve engineering practice.Through comparative studies,the cape seal has the following shortcomings:the crack resistance performance of is not outstanding,driving noise is large,and the serious dependence on the high temperature and sunny weather.Using asphalt fiber seal to improve crack resistance,using waste tire rubber powder micro-surfacing treatment to reduce driving noise,and using vacuum water absorption technology to reduce the dependence of construction on high temperature and sunny weather.These technologies can make up for the shortcomings of the cape seal,and the pavement performance has been comprehensively improved.The cape seal becomes an ideal surface treatment structure layer and its applications are more and more and widespread.The amount of fiber should be 80~160g/m2;the oil stone ratio should not be less than 8.5%;the appropriate ratio of waste tire rubber powder to asphalt is 10%~25%.
