社会资本对农牧户共同富裕的影响——基于西藏农牧区1861户调研的分析

摘　　要：共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求,也是全体人民的共同期盼。基于西藏农牧区1861份微观调查数据,从富裕和共享两个维度界定农牧户共同富裕水平,研究社会资本对欠发达地区农牧户共同富裕的影响效应及作用机制。研究表明:社会资本显著提高农牧户共同富裕水平,促进农牧户共同富裕的边际效应为0.0578,且社会资本对共享的促进作用大于对富裕的促进作用。异质性分析发现,社会资本促进共同富裕作用在经济发展水平较高地区和半农半牧区、牧区的效果更明显。影响机制分析表明,1)社会资本通过促进非农就业提高农牧户富裕水平,促进共同富裕。2)社会资本通过提高集体行动提升农牧户共享水平,促进共同富裕。Common prosperity is an essential requirement of socialism and a common expectation of all people. Based on 1861 micro survey data from agricultural and pastoral areas in Xizang, this paper defines the level of common prosperity from two dimensions of wealth and sharing, and studies the impact and mechanism of social capital on the common prosperity of farmers and herdsmen in underdeveloped areas. The result shows that social capital significantly improves the level of common prosperity for farmers and herdsmen, and the marginal effect of promoting common prosperity for farmers and herdsmen is 0.0578.Moreover, social capital has a greater promoting effect on sharing than on prosperity.Heterogeneity analysis finds that the role of social capital in promoting common prosperity is more pronounced in areas with higher levels of economic development, as well as in semi agricultural and semi pastoral areas and pastoral areas. The analysis of the impact mechanism indicates that social capital of farmers and herdsmen improves the level of prosperity and promotes common prosperity by promoting non-agricultural employment. And social capital of farmers and herdsmen also improves the level of community and promotes common prosperity by enhancing collective action.
