摘　　要：【目的】探讨血清肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)、胱抑素C(cys C)和N末端B型脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)联合检测在心力衰竭患者诊断中的临床价值。【方法】本院收治的50例心力衰竭患者作为观察组,另选同期40例健康体检者作为对照组,比较两组cTnT、cys C和NT-proBNP的水平;比较观察组中心功能不同分级患者的cTnT、cys C和NT-proBNP水平及患者治疗前后的指标变化。【结果】观察组患者入院时的cTnT、cys C和NT-proBNP水平明显高于对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);50例心力衰竭患者中,cTnT、cys C和NT-proBNP水平从高到低依从为心功能分级Ⅳ级、心功能分级Ⅲ级、心功能分级Ⅱ级,且不同分级患者之间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后出院时的cTnT、cys C和NT-proBNP水平明显低于治疗前(P<0.05)。【结论】cTnT、cys C和NT-proBNP联合检测在心力衰竭患者诊断中具有较高应用价值,且对心力衰竭治疗预后评估也具有重要的临床价值。【Objective】To explore the clinical value of combined detection of serum cardiac troponin T(cTnT),cystatin C(cys C),and N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)in the diagnostic process of heart failure patients.【Methods】Fifty heart failure patients treated in our hospital were selected as the observation group,and 40 healthy individuals undergoing physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of cTnT,cys C,and NT-proBNP were compared between the two groups.The levels of cTnT,cys C,and NT-proBNP were also compared among patients with different grades of cardiac function in the observation group,as well as the changes in these indicators before and after treatment in the patients.【Results】The levels of cTnT,cys C,and NT-proBNP at admission in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Among the 50 heart failure patients,the levels of cTnT,cys C,and NT-proBNP decreased from cardiac function gradeⅣto gradeⅡ,with statistically significant differences between patients of different grades(P<0.05).The levels of cTnT,cys C,and NT-proBNP at discharge after treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Combined detection of cTnT,cys C,and NT-proBNP has diagnostic value in the process of diagnosing heart failure patients and is also important for evaluating the prognosis of heart failure treatment.
