摘 要:船体防火结构是由船体结构层、防火层和以碰钉为主的连接层组成的多层传热结构。由于碳纤维等复合材料磁性低,作为甲板结构在猎扫雷舰等船体中使用。相比传统钢制船体,碳纤维等复合材料船体耐高温能力差,传统防火结构难以满足复合材料船体的热防护要求。因此,以碳纤维船体防火结构为对象,建立了船舶复合材料多层防火结构热性能分析模型,实现了在高温载荷下防火结构的温度预测,并通过缩比件试验验证了温度预测的准确性。在此基础上,提出了“分流式”碰钉优化结构,将复合材料船体结构最高温度降低了24%,提高了船体防火结构的热防护性能,满足A60防火要求。The ship fireproofing structure is a multi-layer heat transfer structure consisting of a hull structural layer,a fireproofing layer and a nail-based bonding layer.Due to the low magnetic properties of composite materials such as carbon fibre composites,they are used as deck structures in hulls such as minesweepers.Compared to traditional steel hulls,carbon fibre composite hulls have poor high temperature resistance,and traditional fireproof structures are difficult to meet the thermal protection requirements of composite hulls.Therefore,a thermal performance analysis model of marine composite multilayer fire protection structure is established by taking the carbon fibre hull fire protection structure as the object.Temperature prediction of the fire protection structure under high temperature load is achieved,and accuracy of the temperature prediction is verified through the scaled part test.On this basis,the optimised structure of“shunt-type”nails is proposed,which reduces the maximum temperature of the composite hull structure by 24%,improves the thermal protection performance of the hull fireproof structure,and meets the A60 fireproof requirements.
