摘 要:换向阀的动作效率对挖掘机液压系统运行稳定性影响很大。为了解决传统电液伺服激振阀低频宽的问题,设计了一种结合先导阀与二通插装阀的插装型液控系统,并建立了激振频率评估模型,开展了仿真分析和实验验证。研究结果表明:当节流孔径保持5 mm时,获得相对稳定的换向行程。随着节流孔直径的改变,激振频率也出现了明显变化。减小面积比后,阀芯质量也随之升高,造成换向频率下降。逐渐增大系统压力或提高节流孔直径,换向频率也随之升高,可见选取合适系统压力和节流孔尺寸来实现激振频率的控制功能。实验验证了仿真的准确性,实验过程中测试获得了更低激振频率,这是受到油液惯性的影响所导致。该研究有助于提高挖掘机节能效率,具有很好的推广价值。The operation efficiency of the reversing valve has significant influence on the stability of the excavator hydraulic system.In order to solve the problem of low frequency width of traditional electro-hydraulic servo vibration excitation valves,a cartridge type hydraulic control system combining a pilot valve and a two-way cartridge valve is designed,and the vibration frequency evaluation model is established.Simulation analysis and experimental verification results show that a relatively stable reversing stroke can be obtained when the throttle aperture is maintained at 5 mm.With the change of the diameter of the throttle hole,the excitation frequency also changes accordingly.When the area ratio is reduced,the quality of the valve core also increases,resulting in a decrease in the reversing frequency.When the system working pressure is gradually increased or the diameter of the throttle hole is increased,the reversing frequency is also increased.It can be seen that the appropriate system pressure and throttle hole diameter are selected to realize control of the excitation frequency.The experiment verifies the accuracy of the simulation,and lower excitation frequency is obtained during the experiment,which is caused by the influence of oil inertia.The research is helpful to improve the energy saving efficiency of excavators.
