摘　　要：党的二十大擘画了以中国式现代化推进中华民族伟大复兴的宏伟蓝图,“中国式企业”是将宏伟蓝图逐步转变为美好现实的重要引擎。本研究首先基于中国式现代化话语体系,创新性提出“中国式企业”这一从关注经济利益价值到国家使命价值,极具“中国式”时代特征的新概念;其次通过梳理历史演化逻辑,构建“宏观制度理论-中观系统理论-微观创新理论”的立体分析框架,诠释了新时代党领导下中国式企业的发展规律;最后从“使命层-任务层-路径层”相嵌套的视角系统性地提出中国式企业高质量发展路径,进而促使我国企业实现新的整体发展蝶变。本研究旨在对“中国式”理论的体系构建与实践价值做出深化与拓展。The 20th National Congress of the CPC drew up a blueprint for promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation through Chinese-style modernization,and"Chinese-style enterprises"are an important engine for gradually turning the blueprint into a better reality.Firstly,based on the Chinese modernization discourse system,this paper innovatively puts forward the new concept of"Chinese enterprise",which has the characteristics of"Chinese enterprise"from the value of economic interests to the value of national mission.Secondly,by sorting out the logic of historical evolution,it constructs the three-dimensional analysis framework of"macro-system theory,meso-system theory,micro-innovation theory",and interprets the development law of Chinese enterprises under the leadership of the Party in the new era.Finally,from the perspective of"mission layer-task layer-path layer",it systematically puts forward the high-quality development path of Chinese enterprises in order to promote the realization of the new overall development of Chinese enterprises.The purpose of this study is to deepen and expand the system construction and practical value of the"Chinese"theory.
