摘  要:介绍污染源在线烟气用湿度发生标定装置的技术原理及现状,提出了适用于现场应用的便携式湿度发生装置的要求:发湿响应速度快、大流量、高精度、可量值溯源、便于携带等。对国内外不同机理的便携式湿度发生标定装置进行了比较,并提出了未来发展的建议。In this paper,both technical principle and situation of the humidity calibration technologies were described,including the demands for portable humidity generating and calibrating device like the fast response,large flow rate,high precision,traceability of measurable values and easy to carry characterize it.In addition,the portable calibrating devices with different mechanisms for humidity generation at home and abroad were compared and suggestions for their later development were presented.
