摘  要:为实现环氧树脂导电复合材料老化情况的自监测,在双酚A型环氧树脂中添加不同质量分数的碳纳米管、碳黑、石墨烯,经力学、电学测试,优选出碳纳米管作为优选填料,添加量0.3wt%。之后,对0.3wt%的碳纳米管环氧树脂复合材料进行加速老化实验,用拉伸性能保留率表征老化,并获得了拉伸性能保留率和电阻变化率的关系。For purpose of realizing self-monitoring of the aging of epoxy resin conductive composite,carbon nanotubes,carbon black and graphene with different mass fractions were added to bisphenol A epoxy resin.After mechanical and electrical tests,carbon nanotubes were selected as the optimal filler,and the added amount was 0.3wt%.After that,the accelerated aging experiment of 0.3wt%carbon nanotube epoxy resin composite was carried out,including making use of the retention rate of tensile property characterize the aging and obtain relationship between the retention rate of tensile property and the change rate of the resistance.
