摘  要:针对聚合反应气相冷凝过程易造成换热器结垢的问题,基于性能监测,对聚合冷凝器结垢剩余使用寿命(RUL)预测方法建立了在线监测系统。该系统利用实时采集的聚合冷凝器运行参数,对其相变过程性能参数进行计算和监测,并基于性能指标对其低劣化趋势进行定量化管理,对RUL进行预测。若结垢RUL指标达到阈值,则采用侧线冲洗的方法,对管板积聚污垢进行冲洗,从而有效地延长大修周期。最后,通过在企业实际工程中的应用,验证了系统的有效性和实用性。研究结果表明,应用基于性能监测和结垢RUL预测方法可以提高冷凝器的性能指标,降低能耗,优化冲洗效果,减少维修和运营成本,从而提高生产效率。Considering the fouling in heat exchangers caused by gas condensation in polymerization reaction process,an online monitoring system based on performance monitoring was developed to predict remaining useful life(RUL)of the fouling polymerization condensers.The system,through making use of operating parameters of the aggregate condenser collected at real time,calculating and monitoring performance parameters of the phase transition process and quantitatively managing the deterioration trend based on the performance index were implemented,including predicting the RUL.If the RUL index of scaling reaches the threshold,the lateral flushing can be used to wash accumulated dirt of the tube plate so as to extend overhaul period.Actual application verifies both effectiveness and practicability of the system and the results show that,the application of the RUL prediction method based on performance monitoring and fouling can improve the performance index of condenser,reduce energy consumption,optimize the flushing effect,reduce both maintenance and operation costs and improve production efficiency.
