摘  要:建立甲苯硝化多釜逆流反应网络的动态仿真模型,研究反应过程变负荷时冷却水阶跃调整的方式对反应温度动态稳定的影响。针对冷却水阶跃形式s、冷却水阶跃幅度α、阶跃持续时间tF 3个因素设计仿真实验,利用脚本完成实验变量输入,提出了基于温度偏差、积分和响应时间的评分指标用于评价操作。结果表明:三步阶跃与先滞后1 min再阶跃的实验方案具有最好的减缓温度波动效果,可为实际化工生产提供有效参考。A dynamic simulation model of toluene nitrification multi-reactor countercurrent reaction network was established to study the effect of step adjustment of cooling water on the dynamic stability of reaction temperature under varying loads during the reaction process.Simulation experiments were designed for the three factors of cooling water step form s,step amplitudeαof cooling water and step duration tF,including making use of scripts input experimental variables.In addition,scoring indexes based on temperature variance,integration and response time were proposed to evaluate each scheme.The results show that,the experimental scheme of the three-step step and 1 min delay before the step has the best effect on reducing temperature fluctuation,which can provide an effective reference for practical chemical production.
