温胆汤联合氯丙咪嗪治疗强迫症的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的研究温胆汤联合氯丙咪嗪治疗强迫症的疗效和安全性研究。方法选取310例被确诊为强迫症的患者按随机数字表分为两组,参考组155例使用氯丙咪嗪进行治疗,研究组155例使用温胆汤联合氯丙咪嗪治疗。观察比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果每组脱落5例,按每组150例进行比较。研究组总有效率96.67%高于参考组76.33%,不良反应率10.67%低于参考组28.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与参考组相对比,研究组Y-BOCS、CGI评分更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与参考组相对比,研究组HAMD-24评分、HAMA评分、SFRS评分、PSQI评分更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论被确诊为强迫症的患者通过服用氯丙咪嗪、温胆汤联合治疗后,临床作用显著,可有效改善患者的临床症状,且安全性较高,临床应用价值较高。Objective To study the efficacy and safety of Wendan Decoction(温胆汤)combined with clomipramine in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder.Methods A total of 310 patients diagnosed with obsessive-compulsive disorder were divided into two groups according to random number table,155 cases treated with clomipramine were assigned into the refer-ence group and 155 cases treated with Wendan Decoction combined with clomipramine were assigned into the study group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed and compared.Results Five cases fell off in each group and 150 cases were com-pared in each group.The total effective rate of the study group(96.67%)was higher than that(76.33%)of the reference group and the adverse reaction rate(10.67%)of the study group was lower than that(28.67%)of the reference group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with those of the reference group,the scores of Yale-Brown obsessive-com-pulsive scale(Y-BOCS)and clinical global impression(CGI)of the study group were lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with those of the reference group,Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD-24)scores,Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAMA)scores,social functional rating scale(SFRS)scores and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scores of the study group were lower,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The pa-tients diagnosed as obsessive-compulsive disorder were treated with clomipramine and Wendan Decoction in combination,and the clinical effect was significant,which could effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with high safety and clinical application value.
