白术挥发油的化学成分及药理作用研究进展

摘　　要：白术是一种药食同源的植物,具有补气健脾,燥湿利水的功效,挥发油是其主要的活性成分之一。通过查阅国内外相关文献,系统总结白术挥发油的化学成分、药理作用及某些标志性化合物,并比较了不同条件下白术挥发油成分差异。结果发现,白术挥发油的成分易受产地、采收期、药用部位、提取方法、储存条件和炮制工艺等因素影响,其挥发油中的108种化学成分可分为单萜、倍半萜、三萜、香豆素和苯丙素类及酯类。白术挥发油具有抗癌、抑菌、抗病毒、抗炎、抗氧化、镇痛等药理活性,可用于药物制剂、临床治疗、保健食品、化妆品等领域。综述白术挥发油的化学成分和药理作用研究进展,旨在为促进白术挥发油的深度开发和应用提供重要的参考依据。Baizhu(Atractylodes macrocephala)is a plant with the same medicinal and edible origin,which has the effects of tonifying Qi,strengthening spleen,drying dampness and promoting water retention.Volatile oil is one of its main active ingredi-ents.By reviewing relevant literature at home and abroad,the chemical composition,pharmacological effects and some landmark compounds of the essential oil of Baizhu(Atractylodes macrocephala)were systematically summarized,and the differences in the composition of the essential oil of Baizhu(Atractylodes macrocephala)under different conditions were compared.The results showed that the components of the volatile oil from Baizhu(Atractylodes macrocephala)were easily affected by factors such as ori-gin,harvesting period,medicinal parts,extraction methods,storage conditions and processing technology.The 108 chemical com-ponents in the volatile oil can be divided into monoterpenes,sesquiterpenes,triterpenes,coumarins,phenylpropanoids and esters.The volatile oil from Baizhu(Atractylodes macrocephala)has pharmacological activities such as anticancer,antibacterial,antiviral,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant and analgesic effects.It can be used in pharmaceutical preparations,clinical treatment,health food,cosmetics and other fields.It summarized the research progress on the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of volatile oil from Baizhu(Atractylodes macrocephala),aiming to provide important reference basis for promoting the deep develop-ment and application of volatile oil from Baizhu(Atractylodes macrocephala).
