摘　　要：目的观察行为分析训练法(ABA)结合醒神益智针刺疗法促进儿童孤独症康复效果。方法研究纳入共计86例儿童孤独症(2021年3月—2022年11月收治)进行研究,采取随机数字表法将患儿分为观察组(43例)与对照组(43例),对照组患儿采取ABA训练法治疗,观察组患儿在ABA训练法治疗基础上结合醒神益智针刺疗法治疗,各组数据观察:治疗效果、治疗前后患儿中医证候积分(语言迟钝、精神呆滞、智力低下、纳食欠佳等)变化、治疗后运动能力改善时间与语言表达能力好转时间、治疗前后患儿孤独症治疗评估表(Autism Treatment Evaluation Checklist,ATEC)评分变化及儿童孤独症评定量表(Childhood autism rating scale,CARS)评分变化、孤独症行为量表(Autism Behavior Checklist,ABC)评分变化、患儿治疗前后发育商(Developmental quotient,DQ)及社会生活能力量表(Social life ability scale,SM)评分变化、治疗前后血清纤溶酶原激活物抑制因子-1(Plasminogen activator inhibitor-1,PAI-1)及组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(Tissue Plasmin activator,t-PA)水平变化。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率(93.02%)高于对照组(76.74%),P<0.05;观察组患儿运动能力改善时间与语言表达能力好转时间均比对照组患儿短,P<0.05;治疗前各组患儿中医证候积分(语言迟钝、精神呆滞、智力低下、纳食欠佳等)、ATEC评分及CARS评分、ABC评分及DQ评分、SM评分、PAI-1及t-PA水平比较,P>0.05,治疗后各组患儿中医证候积分(语言迟钝、精神呆滞、智力低下、纳食欠佳等)、ATEC评分及CARS评分、ABC评分及DQ评分、SM评分、PAI-1及t-PA水平均改善,观察组患儿治疗后中医证候积分(语言迟钝、精神呆滞、智力低下、纳食欠佳等)、ATEC评分及CARS评分、ABC评分及DQ评分、SM评分、PAI-1及t-PA水平均优于对照组患儿,P<0.05。结论ABA训练法结合醒神益智针刺疗法可较好促进儿童孤独症康复,患儿治疗效果佳,症�Objective To observe the effect of applied behavior analysis(ABA)training combined with awakening brain acu-puncture therapy on the rehabilitation of children with autism.Methods A total of 86 children with autism admitted from March 2021 to November 2022 were included in this study,and the children were divided into observation group(43 cases)and control group(43 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with ABA training,and the observation group was treated with awakening brain acupuncture therapy on the basis of ABA training.The data observation of each group included the treatment effect,the changes in TCM syndrome scores of children before and after treatment(language retardation,mental re-tardation,mental retardation,poor food intake,etc.),the improvement time of motor ability and language expression ability after treatment,autism treatment evaluation checklist(ATEC)score changes before and after treatment,childhood autism rating scale(CARS)score changes,autism behavior checklist(ABC)score changes,developmental quotient(DQ)and social life ability scale(SM)score changes before and after treatment,serum plasminogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1)and tissue plasmin activator(t-PA)levels changes before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(93.02%)was high-er than that of the control group(76.74%)(P<0.05).The improvement time of motor ability and language expression ability in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,TCM syndrome scores(language re-tardation,mental retardation,mental retardation,poor food intake,etc.),ATEC scores,CARS scores,ABC scores,DQ scores,SM scores,the levels of PAI-1 and t-PA were not significant in each group(P>0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores(language retardation,mental retardation,mental retardation,poor food intake,etc.),ATEC scores,CARS scores,ABC scores,DQ scores,SM scores,the levels of PAI-1 and t-PA were all improved in each group.After treatment,TCM syndrome sc
